Mars will be causing ructions in Aries for the first two weeks, kicking off with a blocked, frustrated, bad-tempered square to Pluto on the 2nd – which will have been in effect for a few days before. Then it moves towards a mid month conjunction with rebellious and uncompromising Uranus. The Aquarius Sun till the 18th will be trying hard to spread tolerance and a few jokes around to lighten the mood. And Venus in sophisticated Capricorn will be keeping up appearances after the 3rd.
Mars moves out of over-excitable and impulsive Aries on the 14th into ultra-determined Taurus where it stays till March 31st. The mood will be less reckless, more money-minded and materialistic, emotionally possessive and jealous.
But for all that there will be a softening in the atmosphere with the sensitive, emotional, creative Pisces Sun picking up for four weeks from the 18th – soft music and candlelit suppers will soothe and smooth any rough edges.

Saturn: In Capricorn from December 20th 2017 till 2020/21 – usually coincides with a time of some financial shortages and the need to push ambitions ahead with persistence.
Uranus: In Aries from 1 March 2011 till May 15 2018; returning briefly from early November 2018 to early March 2019, when it leaves for good – hyper-active, energetic, determined to make new starts even if it means upsetting people, go ahead.
